CARLO ACUTIS

Blessed Carlo Acutis, a Saint for the Digital Age.

Carlo Acutis (1991–2006) was an ordinary teenager with an extraordinary love for the Eucharist. Born in London and raised in Milan, Carlo had a gift for technology and used it to spread the Gospel. He is best known for creating an online catalogue of Eucharistic miracles from around the world, inspiring countless people to grow closer to Christ.

Carlo lived a simple, joy-filled life, marked by kindness, devotion to prayer, and a deep concern for others. He had a special love for the poor and often gave away his pocket money to those in need. His motto was: “The Eucharist is my highway to heaven.”

Carlo died of leukemia at the age of 15, offering his suffering for the Church and the Pope. He was beatified in Assisi on 10 October 2020, and his canonisation was approved by Pope Francis in July 2025. Carlo is the first millennial to be declared a saint, and his witness continues to inspire young people around the world to live with faith, hope, and love.
